Store policies

These policies apply to orders placed with My Store. Shipping cost and the delivery estimate are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Legal notice

My Store operates this online store.

Address: Laker Weg 23, Butjadingen, Germany

Questions about an order go through the contact form. The form asks for your name, email, an optional order number, and a message. It does not ask for a card number.

Shipping policy

My Store ships physical orders from Butjadingen, Germany. The shipping methods, prices, and delivery estimates that apply to an order are the ones shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in EUR.

Handling time: the order is handed to the carrier within 3 business days after payment is accepted. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Germany are not business days.
Transit time: the estimate shown beside the shipping method at checkout.
Shipping cost: the rate shown for that method at checkout. A method costs nothing only when checkout shows a price of zero. This store does not advertise free shipping on its own.
Destinations: the countries available in the checkout country list.
Duties and import charges for an international order are not included unless checkout adds them. The carrier or customs authority may collect them on delivery.

A delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. If checkout cannot show a rate for your address, that address is outside the current shipping setup and the order cannot be placed.

Return and refund policy

This policy covers change-of-mind returns and faulty goods. It is available without creating an account.

Withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day after you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. If a delivery has several parcels, the period starts on the day after you receive the last parcel.

To withdraw, send a clear statement through the contact form. Include your name, order number, and what you want to return. You may use your own wording. Sending the statement before the 14 days end is enough to meet the deadline.

Send the goods back within 14 days after you send that statement. You pay the cost of sending the return unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Use a trackable service and keep the proof of postage.

If you withdraw, My Store refunds all payments received from you for the goods, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard method offered, the extra amount is not refunded. The refund is sent to the original payment method within 14 days after the withdrawal statement is received. The refund may be delayed until the goods are received back or you supply proof of postage, whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for any diminished value if you handle the goods beyond what is needed to inspect them as you would in a shop.

Exceptions

The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specification, goods that spoil quickly, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once the seal is broken for health or hygiene reasons, and digital content after delivery has started with your prior consent.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods

Contact the store with your order number and a short description. Photographs help the review. My Store pays the return shipping for goods that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, and refunds or replaces them. This does not limit rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Terms of service

These terms are between you and My Store, Laker Weg 23, Butjadingen, Germany. The store sells goods through Shopify checkout.

A contract is formed when Shopify sends the order confirmation. Placing an item in the cart is not an order.
The price, tax, and shipping cost shown at checkout are the amounts you pay. The currency is EUR.
Payment is collected by Shopify checkout. Do not send card numbers by email or through the contact form.
An item can be purchased only when it is available. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, the store cancels that part of the order and refunds the amount paid for it.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receive them.
Shipping and returns follow the shipping policy and the return and refund policy on this website.

Where Germany is the store country, the law of that country governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protection of the law of the country where you live.
